A newsletter is top down communication about how awesome we are.We are well know in our industry for our culture which makes recruiting a dream, because I have candidates for roles I haven't even launched yet because rumor got out I might be hiring. 50% of our staff is remote, 35% is hybrid, and the other 15% is fully in office but we're pretty flexible. My company is small but our culture is mighty. This will take time away from other core activities.Ģnd, only 5-10 of employees will read, of those several of them will only be reading to find something to complain about, 1 guy will look for typos or slight inaccuracies, and an hour to your time to address that guy's concerns.ģrd if associates aren't really going to read it, it's not a proper forum to communicate critical info, so what's left will be the fluff. I do support a monthly letter from the CEO, but a full newsletter is a waste of time.ġst, this will fall on hr's head, and you will need input from others which will be strong for the first 3 months, then you'll have to chase.
